From the White House to the TEDx stage, I leverage 20 years of leadership experience to help others reach their highest potential – and stay there.

As a current executive, I'm a multinational marketing expert who drives the marketing and public affairs strategy for a global tech company in the transportation industry, and who doubles as an award-winning and very passionate community connector, board member, and volunteer.

One of my proudest achievements was founding Athena Leadership in 2011 – a Manitoba-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing women in leadership. Since then, it has welcomed more than 100 of Canada's most notable leaders as mentors, raised over $100,000 for its Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship Endowment, and disbursed over 10 scholarships to high potential young women. 

After years of mentoring and coaching hundreds of women, I also produced Millennial Rising for two years – a podcast and community dedicated to helping women level up at work with resources ranging from tactical guidance on negotiating a raise, to thought-provoking conversations on how to be an authentic and inclusive leader. 

Today, I remain a corporate executive while also supporting various communities as a speaker, leadership development advisor for women, and board member. Helping others elevate their careers, lend positive impact on communities, fulfill their highest potential, and expand leadership impact is one of my greatest joys.

My other and largest joy is my family: an entrepreneur husband who feeds millions of kids across America each year, and our vivacious and endlessly energetic daughter.
